Privacy Policy
Plain English, no lawyer games: here's what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, phone, email, and service address when you call, text, book online, fill out a form, or message us on social media.
- Service records — what work we did, where, and when, kept in our field-service system (Jobber) so we can look up your history and honor warranties.
- Messages — texts, emails, and social-media messages you send us, so the next person who picks up knows the story.
- Basic website logs — standard server logs (IP address, pages visited). We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on plumbing, HVAC, and generator work.
- To send appointment reminders, arrival updates, invoices, and — occasionally — a review request after a job.
- To answer questions and provide quotes.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your service: scheduling, reminders, arrival updates, invoices, and review requests. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase, and we never sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. Period.
- We never share your details with marketers or data brokers.
- We never see or store your card or bank numbers — payments run through Jobber's encrypted payment system.
Who we share with
Only the service providers it takes to run the business: Jobber (scheduling, invoicing, payments), our phone and messaging carriers, and the platforms you choose to reach us on (Google, Facebook/Meta). Each gets only what it needs to do its job. If the law requires us to disclose something, we comply.
Social media
If you message or comment on our Facebook page or Google Business Profile, we see it through those platforms' official business tools and use it to respond to you. Those platforms have their own privacy policies covering what they collect.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep service records as long as we're in business — it's how we honor warranties and know your system's history. Want your contact info corrected or deleted? Call (901) 699-7763 or email info@prodigyplumbing.com and we'll take care of it, minus anything we're legally required to keep.
Children
Our services and website are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date.
