Now Hiring: HVAC Technician
Install, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems across West Tennessee and North Mississippi — from summer AC calls to winter furnace work — delivering the honest, upfront service Prodigy is known for.
What you'll do
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential AC, heat pump, and furnace systems
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups for plan members
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and airflow issues in the field
- Explain the problem and the fix to homeowners in plain language
- Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for the next call
- Represent Prodigy professionally in every customer's home
What we're looking for
- Proven residential HVAC experience
- EPA 608 certification
- Solid diagnostic skills on AC, heat pumps, and gas furnaces
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- A customer-first attitude and pride in your work
